Hello! My name is Ashanti Pitts, and I am a Licensed Esthetician in the state of Tennessee. I am also a certified lash technician, certified braider, and certified in dermaplaning. I proudly attended D.A.Y. School of Cosmetology in Jackson, Tennessee. I specialize in lash extensions, facials, and full-body waxing for both women and men. Growing up in a household with a licensed cosmetologist, I had the opportunity to watch my mother, who has been in the beauty industry since 2009, help people feel more confident in themselves. Seeing the smiles she put on her clients’ faces inspired me to pursue a career where I could do the same. Helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin has become my passion. I am committed to continuing my education so I can provide the highest quality services, stay current with the latest techniques, and bring new treatments to Solace Remedies. The name Solace Remedies reflects the experience I want every client to have. Solace means comfort and peace, while remedies represent healing, care, and restoration. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can relax, unwind, and leave feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for. Whether you’re visiting for your first wax, a relaxing facial, or a fresh set of lashes, I strive to provide every client with a personalized experience and exceptional service. Cancellation Policy
We accept credit/debit, cash and Zelle.
A 48 -hour notice is required prior to cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If it is less than 48 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee. I understand things happen. There is lot of time and money is wasted when you cancel and reschedule last minute. If for some reason your card doesn’t go through you will be changed that cancellation fee before you book your next appointment. If not you will be banned from booking.
Deposits are non refundable/ reusable. If you cancel or reschedule LESS than 48 hours of
your scheduled appointment you will have to repay your deposit for you new appointment.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. If by any chance you are unhappy with your service feel free to contact me. 731-324-3388
Please arrive on time. There is a 10 minute grace period. 15 minutes late= appointment canceled
and you will have to pay late fee ($15) before you scheduling another appointment on top of your deposit. No call no show= your card will be charged FULL amount of service you’ve booked. If your card doesn’t go through for some reason then you will be permanently banned from booking!
Due to limited space NO EXTRA guest unless you have personally spoken to me prior to your appointment. I cannot do my job and watch kids to keep them out of supplies and from making a mess. There are chemicals and kids do not need to be roaming around getting into things. I am here to help you relax and enjoy yourself.
We lose up to 50-100 strands of hair on our head DAILY. Same with lashes but not as much. We typically lose 2-5 natural lashes a day, so please understand it’s natural for some of your extensions to come off little by little. Due to your lashes growth cycle, your lash strength, and how well you take care of them.
Please know that everyone eye is different! If there is a certain style you want, know that it will look different on you due to your eye shape and the amount and lashes you have compared to your inspirational picture
